Terms of Service (Summary)

By sending an inquiry or proceeding with a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the full Terms of Service listed below. TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: January 2, 2025This agreement applies to the artist, hereafter referred to as the Seller, and the client, hereafter referred to as the Customer, who commissions an artwork, hereafter referred to as the Product. By requesting and proceeding with a commission from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.PAYMENTS
1. All commissions require a 50% downpayment after the sketch is finalized and approved, and before the Seller proceeds to the next stage of the artwork.
2. The remaining 50% balance must be paid once the commission is fully completed, prior to final file delivery.
3. Work beyond the sketch phase will not continue until the required payment has been received.
4. Accepted payment methods include:
- PayPal
- GCash / PayMaya
5. Prices are non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Seller.PROCESS & REVISIONS
6. The standard commission process follows this order:
Sketch → Customer Approval → Downpayment (50%) → Lineart → Screentoning → Final → Remaining 50% payment → File delivery
7. The Seller will provide progress updates after each stage for feedback.
8. The Customer may request revisions during the sketch stage only, including adjustments to pose, expression, or small details.
9. Major changes requested after sketch approval may incur an additional fee equivalent to 75% of the panel price, depending on complexity.
10. No revisions will be accepted once the artwork is marked as final.TURNAROUND TIME
11. Estimated turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.
12. Delays may occur due to health issues, emergencies, weather conditions, or queue volume. The Seller will inform the Customer should any delays arise.PRODUCT DELIVERY
13. The completed Product will be delivered digitally only via Google Drive, email, or direct message.
14. File formats provided are always PNG for best quality possible, unless otherwise agreed.
15. No physical prints or shipped copies will be provided.
16. Once the Product has been delivered, it is the Customer’s responsibility to properly store the files. The Seller is not responsible for file loss after delivery.USAGE RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT
17. The commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only, unless commercial usage rights are discussed and paid for separately.
18. The Customer may:
• Use the artwork as an icon, banner, wallpaper, or post it online
19. The Customer may NOT:
• Claim the artwork as their own
• Edit, trace, or resell the artwork
• Use the artwork for NFTs, blockchain-related technologies, or AI training/datasets
20. The Seller retains full copyright ownership of the artwork.
21. The Seller reserves the right to display the artwork in their portfolio or on social media unless the Customer requests otherwise before the commission begins.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
22. The Customer may cancel the commission:
• Before work begins → full refund
• After the sketch is approved and work has proceeded → only 50% of the downpayment may be refunded
• After lineart has started → refunds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis
23. If the Seller cancels the commission for any reason, the Customer will receive a full refund.
24. Once significant progress has been made, refunds are not guaranteed.CREDIT
25. The Customer agrees to credit the Seller when posting the artwork online, unless otherwise negotiated.
26. Any watermark included by the Seller must not be removed.
